first you should focus on what will you write
second you should know the important things or details about that person
then you cold write then………
it’s better to tell the story on your essay

I would start it something like this :
title : The Best Teacher I Have Ever Had .
In order to tell you my story , I first have to establish what a teacher is . I know it it someone who stands in front of your class and lectures on the subject 5- 6 periods from Sept. – May . Right ?
I see a teacher is anyone that you learn from no matter what the subject, or the time period . The very best teacher I ever had was/is one
who not only taught me much about school work
but also taught me much about life , by best friend then and now . Who is this person, for me it is my grandmother.
You can write this or something like it in your own words

the person that taught me the most is not a teacher a Doctor or a policeman it is my grandmother. she have thought me things that no one else had or would ever teach me.
